Health Care Strategies record of managerial stability is exemplary.  Founded in 1996, the company is guided today by the same three executives.  Totally committed from day one to offering the best advice, service, and products to physicians, the three close friends take pride in the high rate of client retention achieved by the company.   With over 60 years of combined experience in physician practice management,  
HCS has grown significantly in fourteen years by keeping a results oriented focus in a business where it is easy to measure performance.





President and founder of Health Care Strategies, Margaret White, is a graduate of Texas A&M University -Commerce. As a certified public accountant, she has been in the health-care industry for more than 30 years. Mrs. White's diverse experience includes serving as a hospital business manager, being the associate director for a large multi- specialty clinic, and the chief financial officer for the Texas Back Institute. In 1996, White, along with her partners, founded HCS to provide comprehensive back office services to physicians. Guiding the company since its inception, Mrs. White is responsible for business development and financial management.  A history buff, Margaret is an avid genealogist, and enjoys spending time with her husband Dick and English bulldogs,
Spencer and Clementine.





Kellye Sherbet is the vice president of physician services at HCS. A graduate of University of North Texas and a certified medical coder, Sherbet has more than 18 years in the health-care industry. Earlier in her career she served as the billing manager for  Texas Back Institute and the director of reimbursement for Care Select Group.  Sherbet was also the director of administration for a worker's compensation, managed care program serving 45 insurance carriers, 150 health-care facilities and 55 physician offices in a three-state region. Mrs. Sherbet joined HCS in 1997 to develop and manage billing services. She directly supervises all account managers, meets with clients to review collections and oversees continuing education and training of HCS staff. Sherbet continues her own education as well, by attending industry seminars covering a variety of topics including: pain management, orthopedic coding, HIPAA, TWCC, NASS and Medicare compliance.  When she is not working, Kellye enjoys cooking, walking her dogs, and is an avid college basketball fan.




Dianne Walker is the vice president of Training and Support at HCS. She attended Navarro College and has been in the health-care industry for more than 25 years. Mrs. Walker served as the director of data processing for the Medical Arts Clinic. She was the software specialist for Texas Back Institute where she created a training database and documentation for custom programs. Walker was also the director of operations at Texas Back Institute for all six facilities and 35 providers. From the company's inception, Mrs. Walker has been primarily responsible for training and support and supervising the technical department.  In her free time, Dianne enjoys playing with her grandson, going to the Dallas Theater and cooking.
