HCS has adopted the following formal compliance programs and provides training to our clients in these areas:

 Billing Compliance Program

The Billing Compliance Program consists of audit procedures and tools, documentation standards and quality improvement reporting mechanisms. HCS compliance program follows guidelines
established by the Office of Inspector General.

HIPAA Compliance Program

HCS HIPAA Compliance
program  requires all new employees to review HCS HIPAA information manual and sign a confidentiality
agreement on patient information prior to beginning work. All employees are required to participate in annual training on HIPAA and to pass the annual competency exam.

Red Flag Compliance

 HCS
