Maria Puente is a bilingual member of the HCS team.  Maria works on the account of one of our pain specialists under the direction of HCS Associate Vice-President, Janet Hayes.  Tracey Kennedy, an HCS account manager, has been with our company since graduating from the University of Texas at Dallas in 1997.

Client Service

While  there is no requirement for any client to continue beyond the initial one year contract period, over 95 percent of our clients do renew with HCS. Aware that there are many choices available for our services, HCS strives to add value whether by timely advice, help when a client is short on staff, or with a special report - extra touches that pay big dividends. Our clients include "returnees" who have tried other solutions
before returning to HCSConsistently meeting our clients expectations, alerting our doctors when an industry change may temporarily impact collections, and never making excuses are factors our clients consistently name as factors that make HCS a better billing service.


Results

HCS' goal is to collect every dollar owed to our clients by third party payers. We appeal all denials not supported by a carrier's written medical policy. In addition, HCS tracks appeal payments.  For some clients, the payments received from appeals far exceed the total fee paid to HCS.  For all providers, the dollars are significant.
