Dianne Walker, HCS Vice President and founder, heads up the technical support team whose average tenure with HCS exceeds nine years. Dianne's staff manages Aprima installations, training, and support for both HCS billing clients, as well as, other practices who purchase Aprima from HCS.
Many of our Aprima practices are second generation HCS clients who previously purchased GE Centricity from us. In addition to providing support to over thirty Aprima clients, the HCS technical team continues to support a number of GE Centricity practices who use HCS for their accounts receivable management.
